Return Process

Contact our customer support team via the UGREEN NAS portal or email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to a manufacturer defect.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
